Two of my photographs were selected for the Oceanside Museum of Art juried exhibition: “Six-Word Story”.

According to literary legend, while lunching with friends at the Algonquin Hotel, Ernest Hemingway wagered that he could craft an entire story in six words. After each contributed $10 to the pot, Hemingway wrote the winning story: “For sale: baby shoes, never worn.”

Produced in collaboration with Front Porch Gallery in Carlsbad, this exhibition presents imaginative, whimsical, and introspective photographs with accompanying six-word stories, creating a dynamic interaction for the viewer. Artwork will be on view concurrently at Front Porch Gallery in Carlsbad August 25–November 2, 2019.

On October 7, artworks on display at the gallery will be moved to the museum, and vice versa so that all artworks will be displayed at each of the venues, so be sure to see them all.
